Mu Alpha Theta Contest at DTSMA

Some of our students and faculty helped out at the Mu Alph Theta Mathematics Competition at David Thibodaux STEM Magnet Academy on Saturday 8 November 2025.
Over 200 middle and high school students from a large number of schools participated in the conmpetition. Some of our undergraduate students help administer and grade exam papers. Later these undergraduate students, some graduate students, and some faculty members had a great time interacting with the students in the Mu Alpha Theta chapter that organized the event, the contestants, and the teachers and other visitors.
