Jenita Jahangir presented a poster titled "Controlling Pests in a Host-Parasitoid System by Multiple Control Mechanisms" and Amy Veprauskas presented a plenary talk titled "Quantitative Modeling Approaches for Evaluating Species Responses to Environmental Changes".

Jenita provided the following comments. "This was a great opportunity to engage with brilliant minds from both mathematics and ecology and learning about exciting interdisciplinary research that bridges theory and application. I am grateful for the connections I made with researchers who are as passionate about mathematical modeling and ecological dynamics as I am. Events like these remind me how vibrant and impactful the math-ecology community truly is."
