Mode of Instruction Summer 2020

All mathematics and statistics courses (see exceptions below) will be conducted remotely this summer. You may be assessed a proctoring fee for these classes. (Contact your instructor or check your course Moodle page for more information about the structure of the course and whether proctoring fees will be assessed.)
The exceptions are:

  • math 217 is "face-to-face", social distancing rules apply
  • stat 214 section 740 is an online course (You will be assessed online instruction fees.)
  • stat 214 section 741 is an online course (You will be assessed online instruction fees.)

Definitions of Instructional Methods

  • Remote: Course that utilizes online technology to deliver the course during emergencies; the course is usually taught face-to-face. (Students may be assessed proctoring fees). Does not require DL certification to teach the course.
  • Hybrid: Distance Learning certified course (Students accessed Online fees). Requires a DL certification to teach the course.
  • Online: Distance Learning certified course (Students accessed Online fees). Requires a DL certification to teach the course.

Department of Mathematics

They are ready to assist you with your math 102, 103/104, 105, 109, 110, 143,  206, 210, 250, 270, 301, and stat 214 classes.
